A speaker like no other, Shamron Munroe has the ability to leave you asking yourself, why didn’t I think of that. A riveting leader, whose words are smooth and effortless and leave his audience thinking about what really matters. His story is one of remarkable courage, tenacity, determination, perseverance and triumph. He is a leader of leaders, although young, he is experienced with eighteen years as a speaker to date.
Shamron shares principles that move people beyond motivation to becoming agents of change. He reveals to his audience the principles of leadership in a style like no other; by simplifying complex principles and making them applicable to everyday team building. There are many hype speakers out there, but he is much more than hype. His message propels you to become your best self and empowers you to succeed.
His range of previous speaking engagements is vast from topics on Leadership, to Youth Empowerment, Marriage, Customer Service and the countless sermons he has taught on. Through Social Media, what began as small video snippets of encouraging and inspirational talks has grown. No longer solely reaching people on the island of Exuma, Bahamas where it first started but now the world. His followers now hail from countries like Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, The USA and Kenya. Social media platforms have become a critical tool he’s used his influence through for his voice to be heard.
Over the past four years he has spoken to thousands of people whose lives have been impacted in a profound way. A few years ago, Shamron was the Keynote Speaker for three days conducting a Leadership Workshop for church leaders in Kenya, one of his greatest assignments.
